Abstract

Many-body correlations of excitons in semiconductors are explored experimentally with two-dimensional Fourier transform spectroscopy and modeled by a microscopic coherent χ(3) theory beyond the Hartree-Fock approximation with qualitative agreements under different excitation conditions.
