Abstract

A method for simulating turbulence-corrupted phase screens for the case of non-Kolmogorov power law and finite inner and outer scales is presented. The sub-harmonic approach of Lane [1] is used. Simulated structure functions are compared to theoretical values where possible with excellent agreement. Some simulated propagation examples are also presented.
