Lagrangian Scaling Law for Atmospheric Propagation

Abstract

The Lagrangian scaling law provides a new approach to approximating atmospheric propagation in weak turbulence. It is based on pairing the variational formulation of the stochastic paraxial Helmholtz equation with a parameterized Gaussian beam ansatz.
