Comparison of Phase Conjugation in Laser Beams Propagating in Mono-static Links with Air and Water Turbulence

Abstract

A recent theoretical prediction on the existence of the Enhanced BackScatter (EBS) effect in oceanic hrrbulence is confirmed experimentally. A comparison is also made between the laser beam EBS occurring in air and water hurbulence.
