Overcoming four limitations of the 5/3 structure function

Abstract

Four major assumptions used to derive the commonly used r5/3 phase structure function are: perturbation theory, Markov approximation, neglecting diffraction and use of inertial interval. We present alternative models that avoid some of associated limitations.
