Bandwidth dependent blurring reduction technique in holographic display

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a method to deal with the image blurring problem that arises due to the use of an extended linewidth light source in holographic displays. Our proposed method pre-compensates the target image with the point spread function of the optical system calculated for the finite linewidth of the source.
