Orbital Angular Momentum of Shifted Twisted Light through Atmospheric Turbulence

Abstract

The orbital angular momentum of an arbitrary, radially symmetric twisted light beam is determined in the presence of atmospheric turbulence. The effects of phase deformation as well as an off- axis shift as a function of topological charges are analyzed.
