Abstract

Previous work has shown that there is an identifying mode of distributed volume turbulence and studied its convergence in varying turbulence strength. It was shown that its modal strength changed roughly in proportion to the Rytov parameter. In that work, only one mode was identified and followed to convergence. In this work, we present the first fifty eight orthonormal modes of the Hilbert space to which the previously identified mode belongs. As in the original work, we use wave optic simulation.
