Abstract

We use the general non-Kolmogorov power spectrum for theoretical investigation of double-passage propagation of Gaussian beams in deep turbulence for the case of a point target. The presented results are of interest in LIDARs operating at high altitude, where non-Kolmogorov turbulence may be present.
