Abstract

This paper describes a method of interference monitoring of off-axis aspheric surfaces using wave-front null correctors, as well as an algorithm and program for taking distortion into account when constructing topographic maps of off-axis aspheric surfaces shaped on automatic polishing–lapping machines with computer control.
