Abstract

This paper discusses the possibilities of monitoring convex aspheric surfaces, using axial synthesized holograms as optical compensators. Various monitoring methods are presented that have been investigated experimentally and are used for process and certification monitoring of the aspheric surfaces of lenses and mirrors fabricated in experimental production at NPO State Institute of Applied Optics.
