Automatic processing complex for fabricating precision optical items with aspheric surfaces of second and higher orders

Abstract

This paper discusses the possibility of fabricating aspheric optical items with an automatic processing complex having a built-in monitoring system. Samples of interferograms of aspheric surfaces are presented, obtained in a holographic aspherometer, using synthesized holograms.
