Abstract

This paper proposes a method and technique for monitoring the phase shift between interfering rays by means of speckle interferograms. Such monitoring makes it possible to eliminate operations for calibrating the phase-shifting element and monitoring the stability of the laser-radiation power during speckle-interferometric studies. © 2005 Optical Society of America
