Abstract

Multispectral antireflection coatings have been obtained that simultaneously reduce the reflection of the substrate in specified sections of the visible, near-IR and IR regions of the spectrum (0.5-12.0 µm). Designs have been found for coatings of high optical efficiency, based on stable thin-film materials. Experimental samples of the coatings have been obtained.
