Abstract

In connection with the development of the new scientific and educational specialization of optoinformatics, a Web site has been created that presents proposed educational standards for the training of specialists in this subject and exhibits the materials of lecture courses and experimental courses on the given topic, given at the St. Petersburg University on Information Technologies, Mechanics, and Optics. Publications on optoinformatics and information concerning conferences on this specialization, as well as the latest news, can be found on the site. © 2004 Optical Society of America
