Quantum effects in a nonlinear coherent coupler

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

A nonlinear coherent coupler is discussed from the quantum-mechanical point of view, under the assumption that linear coupling between waveguides is strong enough. Such effects as quantum revivals, quantum intensity modulation, and squeezing are examined. Some results are compared with known experimental data.
