Image of an Incoherently Illuminated Disk

Abstract

The image of an incoherently illuminated disk is obtained by using Fourier–Hankel transform methods. Numerical calculations are presented for systems having optimum-balanced fifth-order spherical aberration as well as defocused aberration-free systems.
