We study Si3N4 microresonator combs at cryogenic temperatures (T>7K). A large (20-100×) reduction of thermo-refractive coefficient relative to room-temperature enables thermally-stable Kerr single solitons straightforwardly accessible for T<60K. Potential thermo-refractive noise reduction is also discussed.
