Structured Illumination Temporal Compressive Microscopy

Abstract

We present a compressive video microscope based on structured illumination with incoherent light source. The setup can be easily adapted in a conventional epi-illumination microscope. The temporal compression ratio of 4, and a frame rate of 200 frames per second was demonstrated.
