Abstract

We have developed an interface for analytical scale high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)/NMR and flow injection analysis (FIA)/NMR. FIA/NMR is less demanding than LC/NMR, so the flow cell was designed to minimize LC/NMR problems and allow the use of a commercial NMR probe for detection. The cell reported here is simple to construct, has reasonable sensitivity, and has good resolution.
