Abstract

We describe a nitrogen dye laser—optical multichannel analyzer (OMA) system capable of quickly measuring tissue autofluorescence spectra in vivo at multiple excitation wavelengths. Sample spectra were acquired successfully from patients undergoing gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopic examination.
