Abstract

An extremely versatile double beam vacuum uv system for reflection or transmission studies of gases, liquids, and solids has been designed and built. Its features include extreme linearity, a very flat baseline, high duty factor, stationary images on the detectors, equal pathlengths, low temperature capabilities, and analog and digital output.
