Study of Modal Coupling in Dual Core Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract

The paper investigates the modal electromagnetic behavior in dual concentric-core photonic crystal fibers. The energy transfer between cores is analyzed by couple mode theory. The results show a gradual energy transfer between cores.
