Abstract

The dynamic range and accuracy of an ophthalmic wavefront sensor system are the important performance criteria. The resolution of the lenslet array, in terms of the number of lenslet samples across the ocular pupil, is the key element in determining this performance. Higher performance lenslet arrays can be used to increase both the dynamic range and accuracy of the system in most applications.
