Maximum Predicted Visual Acuity of Progressive Addition Lenses

Abstract

The prediction of patient visual acuity (VA) from a simple optical test of a spectacle lens has been a goal of lens manufacturers for many years. This paper describes what we believe to be the first validated method of achieving this goal.
