Abstract

We report on the detection of optically induced lightwave-driven currents in GaN and SiO2 achieved with laser oscillator pulses (80 MHz repetition rate) for the first time to our knowledge. We demonstrate sensitivity of the current direction on the carrier-envelope phase (CEP) of the pulses.
