Time-domain study for Fano resonance in p-type Si

Abstract

Sub-10-fs laser pulses allow time-resolved observation of discrete and continuum states under Fano resonance in p-type Si. The temperature dependence of the Fano parameter mainly originates from an initial phase shift of the phonons.
