Gas-Based Time-Resolved THz Time-Domain Spectroscopy for the Study of Nonequilibrium Electron-Phonon Interaction in Semiconductors

Abstract

Using a fully gas-based wideband THz spectrometer in reflection geometry we observe nonequilibrium electron-phonon dynamics in InAs. The results are likely strongly influcenced by inhomogeneities in the excitation.
