Coherent Multidimenstional Spectroscopy in Semiconductor Quantum Wells Reveals Dark Excitons and Interactions at Low Excitation Density

Abstract

Using a very sensitive coherent multidimensional spectroscopy in semiconductor quantum wells we reveal dark excitons and their coupling to bright excitons, interactions between excitons at low densities and new approaches to eliminate unwanted signals.
