Direct observation of efficient heat dissipation in close-packed nanoheaters using coherent EUV beams

Abstract

We use coherent EUV beams to probe transport away from nanoheater arrays of varying width, spacing and substrate. We validate new collectively-diffusive transport predictions, where nanowires cool faster when closely spaced than when widely separated.
