Abstract

We report on the influence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the 2’OH group of ribose and adenine in 2-(1-ethynylpyrene)-adenosine (PyA) on the ultrafast dynamics, by comparing PyA with its deoxy derivate (PydA).
