Abstract

A power law dependence Ipump1/3 of the amplitude of the femtosecond diffenrential relfecltivity in highly excited graphene monolayer indicates three-particle Auger decay, allowing for generation of dense Dirac fermions beyond phase space filling within 35 fs.
