Coherent Infrared Pulse Sequences for Probing Molecular Chirality

Abstract

Novel Polarization configurations in infrared four wave mixing are proposed and simulated using the nonlinear exciton equations (NEE). Application to helical peptides demonstrates higher sensitivity than CD to molecular chirality.
