Photoconductivity of dye-sensitized titanium dioxide films measured by time-resolved THz spectroscopy (TRTS)

Abstract

The transient photoconductivity of dye-sensitized nanocrystalline TiO2 films displays non-Drude behavior. The photoconductivity is fit by a model that allows a persistence of velocity, rather than complete randomization, after scattering.
