Abstract

Thermal-receiver detectable THz radiation is generated from the femtosecond-laser- irradiated, magnetic-field enhanced InAs emitter, by optimization of the geometrical layout and magnetic field direction. Moreover, geometrically dependent saturation of the radiation and spectral shift are observed.
