Picosecond Carrier Transport and Capture for InGaN/GaN Single and Multiple Quantum Wells

Abstract

The picosecond dynamics of single and multiple InGaN/GaN quantum wells are investigated using excitation-and wavelength-dependent pump-probe measurements. We resonantly probe of the well population to compare the capture and efficiency for different sample structures.
