Abstract

A micro-machined, fiber-mounted photoconductive- sampling probe was fabricated on low-temperature-grown GaAs. The probe has a 3.5 ps response, and a sensitivity of 15 nV/(Hz)1/2 when integrated with a JFET source follower.
