Construction of an Inexpensive, Portable Angular Scattering Microscope for use in Organelle Size Estimation

Abstract

An angular scattering microscope with portable capabilities was constructed from inexpensive components. Here we show that the system is capable of obtaining precise and accurate size estimates of beads and single cells’ organelles.
