Abstract

Design and set up of optical system is a prerequisite to holographic femtosecond laser processing. Its optimize result has a decisive impact on the processing performance of the entire system. In this paper, design and selection of several key parameters in optical system are demonstrated in detail by theoretical analysis and ZEMAX simulation. Furthermore, a holographic femtosecond laser processing system with the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision is set up. The results indicate that holographic processing can be achieved well by using the proposed system, which is also promising in applications of holography imaging and holographic optical tweezers.
