Abstract
Mid-infrared thermal imager is widely used in the fields of security, detection and so on with its unique band imaging characteristics, and it needs related studies of radiance calibration as to be used accurately and effectively. The radiance calibration data, that is the relationship between the input radiance and the output gray value of the imager, was measured by using the infrared camera to shoot standard blackbody in conditions of several different temperatures. This paper focuses on the effect of integration time to the calibration data of mid-infrared imaging system, due to supporting the selection of appropriate integration time for adapting to different objects.
