Integration of IR Fiber Optics and Microfluidics for Sensing Applications

Abstract

The combination of IR spectroscopy and microfluidics is a powerful tool which provides unique chemical monitoring capabilities. In this work, integrated devices of different specifications were developed and tested for continuous monitoring in aqueous solutions.
