Time and Wavelength Division Multiplexing of Branched Fiber Bragg Grating Arrays

Abstract

A novel measurement configuration for branched sensing of fiber Bragg grating arrays is proposed. Combined time and wavelength division multiplexing supports an increased number of sensors without the extension of the unambiguous range.
