Abstract

Quartz-Enhanced-Photo-Acoustic-Spectroscopy (QEPAS) is a modern, promising trace gas measuring technique. One main advantage of QEPAS over other trace-gas spectroscopes is its size. The miniaturization of the sensor-system is the next big challenge in the development.
