Laser speckle contrast imaging method for measurement of transparent fluid flows

Abstract

A novel laser speckle contrast imaging method using an intermediate vibrating layer is proposed. By detecting the vortex shedding frequency with laser speckle contrast imaging, the measurement of flow rate for transparent fluids is demonstrated.
