Diamond Nanoparticle with Cross Aperture for Improving Absorbance Characteristics of Multispectral Sensors

Abstract

Optical characterization of a plasmonic absorber sensor is presented. FDTD method is utilized to obtain the absorption spectra and near field distribution. The results show that the structure can be utilized for infrared sensing applications.
