Centroid estimation from undersampled wavefront sensing data

Abstract

Wavefront sensing using a Shack-Hartrnann sensor relies on the accuracy of the centroid estimation. The traditional process however suffers from several problems. A modelfitting procedure is shown to have superior performance.
