Third Order Speckle Intensity Correlations for Obtaining the Temporal Response of a Diffusely Scattering Medium

Abstract

We demonstrate for the first time the extraction of the temporal response of an optically scattering medium without assuming a priori information, using third order speckle pattern correlations. Experimental results give excellent agreement with a diffusion model.
