Abstract

We demonstrated a high-fidelity spectrally-sliced transmitter that combines parallel spectral slices to synthesize 60-GBd polarization-division-multiplexing (PDM) QPSK waveforms for long-haul (up to 4480 km) transmission with a Q2-factor of 8.71 dB.
