Temperature Insensitive Ring-resonator by Polymer Coated Si Waveguide

Abstract

Temperature sensitivity of a polymer coated waveguide ring resonator is analyzed. Our analysis shows that the temperature insensitive resonator can be achieved by proper waveguide physical dimensions with TM polarized light.
