Light harvesting of Silicon Nanostructure for Solar Cells Application

Abstract

Light management with nanostructures is an effective way to improve efficiency of the photovoltaic device. Silicon nanostructures provide large surface area for excellent light trapping, are considered to be ideal materials for constructing solar cells.
